If you're trying to get a better understanding of what you can buy here in South Florida then this is the channel for you I specialize in giving tours of houses and condos that I am selling and today I'm going to be featuring this two-bedroom two bath condo right here on Ocean Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale Florida this happens to be the Tradewinds Condo building it is a boutique building it's been fully renovated it's even the condo that I'm going to be showing you today is renovated and fully furnished I'm also going to be showing you the surrounding areas and really show you the location so you understand what you're getting if you buy this one now if you do want to buy it make sure to give me a call but let's go ahead inside now what's great about this building is that it is very secured there are 36 security cameras throughout the building and you do need a fob to get around everywhere you go whether you're entering or exiting this is the main entry lot area this is where you get your mail your Amazon packages or any kind of deliveries I love when you walk in because it actually has this amazing scent and it's nice and cool especially if you're walking off the beach we're going to walk through this garage and up the elevator to get to our unit now this unit it does offer one parking spot it is underground gated so you know it's secured that happens to be the spot right there to the left where that motorcycle is and then before forgive me before I take you upstairs I just want to show you around there are some people that have pets in the building and this is a nice little area for them to run around um it's nice green area or who knows maybe if you just want to be out take a stroll without having to go to the beach it's like a little walking path for everyone who lives here now let's go back inside I mentioned everything's under fob so go ahead and give me that fob there we go all right and we're going to do the fob again to get to the elevator now this is an exterior walkway some buildings will have an interior one but I love this I just want to take a moment you can actually see downtown Fort Lauderdale all the way from here which is pretty great so this is going to be the door I want you to take a moment and look at the ocean views from here so when you walk out of your unit and you're excited to go to the beach you can already see what's going on in fact even in the distance you can see some of those cruise liners or even um heading to the port some of those massive ships out there now this unit is 1100 Sq Ft again two bedroom two bath condo right when you walk in you see these amazing wooden floors that are completely through out except for the bathroom which is perfect you do have a much more open kitchen here again it has been renovated you have these darker countertops which is a really great contrast compared to the white um cabinets now these cabinets as you can see they have like the little bejeweled dazzled hardware which I always appreciate and then it doesn't have so much of that modern harsh sharp edges it's a little bit softer warmer and they even have a little like a distress look to it which is really great recess lighting so this unit is very bright they do have the appliances here dishwasher electric stove microwave refrigerator what I really appreciate is just from your own kitchen you have the exact same views as we did from the exterior catwalk of the actual ocean so people really enjoy that um another thing that is really great about this unit especially when at $650,000 is having your own washer and dryer they are pretty big full size um from doing this for so many years now selling a condo washer and dryer in your unit can sometimes actually I shouldn't say sometimes a lot of the time can be a deal breaker so the fact that there is a washer and dryer in here is a huge huge bonus now let me take you over to the main areas the dining and the living area so again this is fully furnished so everything you see in today's video will be coming um with the unit this entire unit has a warmer tone to it so there's a little bit more Brown and a little more industrial feel to it compared to like a modern white Stark condo that some people don't like this is really inviting so you have your bookshelf a little bit industrial which matches your chandelier here and then the darker dining room table as well when you walk into the living room area you do have this large L-shaped couch for your entire family and friends to enjoy and just kind of hang out watch a movie um even though looking from here you can see the balcony you are facing your neighbors for privacy purposes you do have your blinds so don't have to worry about that now before I had over to the primary bedroom and take you outside so you can enjoy the views from your balcony I want to take a moment let's go back to the front this is where the guest bedroom is going to be located so if you're a family this is where kids would be or maybe you're inviting friends or guests anywhere this would be it so as you can see this is a full size bed it may be a queen um but it is rather large this room is really large they even have space for a chair here and what's really great is you have views of the ocean as well just like you did from the kitchen all hurricane impact Windows on this unit again great wooden flooring here and then you do also even have a walk-in closet now let me take you to the guest bathroom it does actually have the pocket door so very easy and it does also have a second door so if you have guests they would actually enter from here to access this bathroom this one actually does have three different materials which I really appreciate from the subway tile the uh marble and then they have the little hexagon tile that goes from the floor to the actual shower and the way that they actually did the glass shower here really maximizes space and let me take you to the primary bedroom which is this way now with a primary bedroom you do also have access to the balcony from here as well so you don't actually have to walk through every single time so you that way you have your own space this room is very spacious of course you can see they already have a king-size bed in here and they even have a flat screen TV included with bench and even bedside tables they have this amazing chandelier as well and you have your closet space here this bathroom it also has the a pocket door just like the other bathroom and it does have a warmer tone to it a bit more of the browns they have the big glass mirror very nice countertops darker cabinets and then same with the hexagon flooring that goes throughout the shower in fact it's very large and you even have this bench here also and you even have your waterfall shower head above now let me show you the balcony sorry it's really hard it's a hurricane impact glass sliding glass door it's pretty big that's why I have to so anyways this is your actual balcony you do have a really great view of the beach from here in fact I can see people who are on the sand with their umbrellas and people who are actually in the water so it's really great in case you're like hm is it a good day or the waves a little rough is there any seaweed or anything like that you can easily see from your own balcony now this again is Tradewinds building right here in Fort Lauderdale Florida and there are some amazing amenities that this unit has this building has to offer so let's go ahead and check that out they actually took one of the condo units and converted it into a space that everyone in the building can enjoy so on this part of of the unit they actually made it into an entire exercise area you do have your weights they it's Bow Flex they actually have top-of-the line equipment here so not only do you have your weights there you even have like kettle bells there as well as your bench area and then they also have one of my new favorites is this tonal machine so if you're into that that one will really kick your butt and get you into shape or if maybe you just want some cardio they do offer a treadmill as well as an elliptical here now this happens to be a bathroom there are two because we are next to the pool so if you're there you can easily come in and out and they do have this entire area for entertaining so if you want to maybe just grab some you know food to throw on the grill you can easily end up having a little gathering down here with family and friends and they do Supply um a refrigerator space as well as sink even microwave as well now let me take you outside so this will actually lead you to the grill area and just so you know this entire building did the concrete restoration gave it a new face new roof all of this is new and you have these amazing industrial grade grills right here to enjoy you can even end up dining here in the evening maybe even having a glass of wine you also have your hot tub located right here and it has this really nice waterfall feature as well and you have spectacular views of the beach from there also and then if you want wanted to go to the beach you do have your gate fob because of course security is huge in this building which I love and it's literally steps to the beach which I will take you to so stick around I'm not done now they completely resurfaced this entire area gorgeous pool and then they made this amazing courtyard so it's aesthetically beautiful and maybe if you want to catch some rays they even have some nice Sun chairs now let's go to the beach okay so now we're going to be walking down these steps to the sidewalk to show you how easy it is to get to the beach all right so we made it across the street and what I really want to show you is what's around you that happens to be Pelican Grand Hotel very famous bougie super nice great amazing brunches so if you want to really show some guests a great time you can always cross the street go there or maybe if they just want to stay there don't necessarily want to stay in the condo with you not a problem yeah they can stay right there another favorite of mine is hot this particular Hotel great for family and friends as well but the Sandbar grill is where it's at especially if you want to come check out the Fort Lauderdale um Air Show listen they go Saturdays and Sundays my little inside local um tip is come Thursday or Friday when they're practicing come at lunchtime to The Sandbar Grill cuz no one else is here have some pizza have a beer enjoy the show without the crowd and all the tourists now let's go ahead and show you look I'm already at the beach didn't I say it was so close now I have to take my shoes off for this my feet are about to get
